"JUST A QUICK NOTE TO SAY THANKS FOR HELP. I LIVE IN ARIZONA AND HAD GONE TO SAN DIEGO FOR THE WEEKEND WITH THE FAMILY. Kudos to Motoworld!
I brought the bike back to them this morning with my admittedly illogical problem (tire change; electrics stopped working).
Asked them just to check it out and let me know what was going on.
They did a quick check; taillight was an adjustment problem, bad bulb on dash. They replaced bulb.
AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME!!! Had every right to.
It was a quick fix, but I was still pretty impressed.
WOW! Someone actually went the extra mile to satisfy a customer!
As Clint would say, "They made my day!"
